the boy

Bright, thick-lashed baby blues were filled with good humor and an unyielding will, occasionally darkened by spiky brown hair. His clothes tended to run a little too large for him, making him appear that much more adorable and awkward. A navy tank marked with a red pocket hung off him, covered by a white-trimmed black hoodie and shoulder plates. Yellow belts crossed over his black parachute shorts, the pattern repeated on red packs at his thighs. A large silver crown pendant sat on his chest, a casual symbol that had turned into more. Neither heavy-duty yellow and black shoes, nor bulky fingerless gloves, could prepare him for the hopelessness he would face outside his islands.

Outside of his magical fairy-woven travel outfit, Sora prefers shorts or capris of bright colors (usually the primaries), decked out with belts, chains, and zippers. This applies to hoodies too. He prefers the short-sleeved or sleeveless variety of anything. He likes his sneakers as bright and attractive to insects as possible, and this usually means big, too. Finally, his arms and hands cannot be bare in any way, so he usually wears a plethora of bracelets or fingerless gloves to cover them.

the hero

Sora found himself the unlucky hero of a tale where the true hero had taken the wrong path, and everything he knew was changed beyond recognition. His best friend was a stranger, his love was dead, and his God-granted weapon was something he wasn't sure he could deal with. But Sora pulled through with the help of his eternal optimism and a few new friends.

An attempt by another force to reckon with, the Organization, almost left Sora broken forever. But a little push in the right direction from an unexpecting princess allowed the keyblade master to heal, and in that year, gears spun and everything fell into place.

The only thing left to do was to rise up against the relentless shadow of the man who had brought all darkness to the worlds-- {the keyblade wielder was joined by the very friend who had nearly taken Sora's life, and through mercy, found some sort of redemption} -- and deliver some well-needed justice.

This layout was made entirely by Saffire using a screenshot she took herself from the Kingdom Hearts 2 opening. It was built in Dreamweaver, and all the graphics were done in Adobe Photoshop 7.
